Pic of the Day: A Day’s Worth of Work

Not too bad for a days worth of work at the Marin Ultra Challenge. 50 miles and 8.25 hours later (small snack breaks about every 4-5 miles), I come home with the best swag and prizes including a Suunto Ambit GPS watch and $250 in prize money.

Once again Trace, awesome run and congrats! Nice finally meeting you. About your drop bag? Couldn’t send you a direct message back on Twitter. Gotta follow back for me to do so 🙂 Yeah I had a buddy there, able to grab mine & bring it to the finish. Hopefully Tim has it & will send it back to you. Let me know what I can do! If he has it and wants to give it to me I can send it back to you.

    Happy Running,

    Chris

    • Thank you! That was a pretty funny moment discovering we knew each other! Anyway, I have a FB message in about the dropbag and my coach also called him after the race and he said he would hold it but I don’t know what is going on. I need it back though for some upcoming events. Unfortunately I packed it with tons of stuff that I’d like to get back including my hydration pack, bottles, nutrition and clothes. I will let you know if I need your help. What is next?
