Training Schedule 3/29 – 04/04

Workout Schedule: 03/29 -04/04

Monday – 6M
Tuesday – Track*:

1 x 1600m, 1 x 1200m, 1 x 800m, 1 x 1200m with 400m recovery jog.   All intervals at slightly faster than 5K pace with 400m recovery jog.

Wednesday – 6M
Thursday – 6M race pace (7:15); light weights
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 6M
Sunday – 8M + mat pilates
